Pioneer: Giver of Light is a conference formed by the women's ministry at Mercy City Church. Mercy City Church hosts a Friday night event multiple times per year called "Sisterhood" in which women from all around Lincoln gather together for the purpose of building relationships and worshipping Jesus. We believe that it is a desire of every women to build a community. Community is present in the best of times and the worst of times. We, as people of God were never meant to do life alone! This is what Pioneer is all about. It is about linking arms and joining together to more forward in this faith filled life.

Last year as we stepped out in faith to start the Pioneer Conference we had an amazing time in God’s presence. We packed out our venue and are excited to move to a larger venue that gives us room to grow! We have some excited surprises planned for our ladies and we are believing that this year’s conference will be a significant time of life change for all ladies who attend. From the messages, to the worship, to the times of community and relationship building, we are expecting God to move in big ways. So, no matter where you find yourself or the hand that life has dealt you, YOU are invited to join us!

Mercy City is a church in Lincoln, Nebraska, founded by Pastors Matt and Carrie Erikson in February of 2015. Mercy City's mission is simple: We exist to connect people to the HEART of God and the HOUSE of God. In the short 2 and a half years we've been a church, we've seen over hundreds of people make commitments for Christ, and over 100 people surrender their lives to Jesus through baptism! We are so excited about all that God is doing at Mercy City, and we truly desire to create a space where EVERYONE. ALWAYS. BELONGS.
